Zoro and Sanji meet up with Usopp, and while sailing they are caught in a shipwreck. A griffin saves them and brings them to an island vast enough to be called a "world": Qu Shen Island. It turns out this island is the origin of reincarnation, and everything they've experienced is just one cycle of it. Here, they meet Ace and Whitebeard, who died in the Red Sea, and learn that Zoro and Sanji, after completing their cycle of reincarnation, are also "princes" of this world. To crush the war incited by a group of evil gods and protect Qu Shen Island's thirteen isles, they join forces with this world's Ace, Whitebeard, and others.
