[Western Crossover] Guarding Against Nightmares

Ansel, an adorable little sweetheart, gave in to a moment of weakness and signed a contract with the Nightmare Clan, becoming their lord. The Incubus took revenge on him, and after suffering a misfortune, Ansel happened to see a vision of his future self losing everything. To prevent that tragedy, Ansel went to Hogwarts to find a solution, planning every move and resorting to any means necessary. Even if it meant mutual destruction, he would protect the little he had left.

But then he stupidly plucked a phoenix feather from Fawkes, accidentally became the leader of the Drarry matchmaking squad, and fell against his will for the person he used to dislike most: Voldemort _(:3"∠)

Before meeting Voldemort, Ansel: "Voldemort is a piece of trash, an idiot."

After resurrecting Voldemort, Ansel: "Sweet little Viddy, give me some attention, won't you?~"

Voldemort: "Get lost!"

Heartbroken and unhappy, Ansel decides to stir up trouble.

Bruce Wayne, AKA Batman: "So that's why you created a superhero website, write fanfiction about us, and keep killing us off in your stories."

The Avengers, glaring after being assigned a total annihilation ending: "What did we ever do to you?"

Ansel: "...I think I can explain. Could you please have some sympathy for me and give me a chance to explain? I didn't mean to write fanfiction, wait! Cousin, put down your Batarang! Captain America, could you put your shield away?"

Before you start reading:

1. The pairing is Voldemort. Slow burn, top-focused, and centered on the protagonist's growth. The protagonist is extremely overpowered, with an enormous golden finger. Expect possible melodrama, but later on, the top will dote on the bottom, for plenty of sweetness.

2. This is a long story set in the worlds of Harry Potter, Marvel, and DC, with Ye Ying of Cangjian Mountain Villa making an unexpected appearance.

Hogwarts arc: The touching friendships of Hogwarts. I thought you were my friend, but you wanted to be my dad.

Superhero arc: The tangled romances of the Justice League, and a Nightmare big shot obsessed with superhero fanfiction.

Social stability arc: Being a jerk is fun for a while, then comes the fiery pursuit of your wife (the love interest isn't actually a jerk).

3. This story was born from a wild idea, and the characters may be out of character. Characters from Harry Potter, DC, Marvel, and various horror movies appear, including Silent Hill, Final Destination, A Nightmare on Elm Street, and IT. There are too many pairings to list them all: Drarry, Romione, GGSS, GGAD, SuperBat (SuperBat from various parallel worlds, including the Nightmare Batfam ganging up on Injustice Superman), WonderSteve, Green Lantern/Flash, Stony, Stucky, Thorki, Clintasha, and the Winchester brothers (just passing through for a cameo), among others.
