Pokemon BW: I'm Just an Ordinary Housewife

Suibian has a very ordinary family. Her husband was a vagrant she picked up in the forest. If Blissey hadn't had such sharp instincts, they probably wouldn't have noticed that green-haired guy at all. He's always being secretive, but unless he's away on a business trip, he comes home every day.

Her son looks a lot like his father, but he's well-behaved and sensible, and loves reading. When he was little, his mother never had to supervise his studies. He'd happily study all by himself. Though he always goes on about formulas, most of the time he's sweet and adorable.

And she's just an ordinary housewife. Her Pokemon is the Blissey she got at the Pokémon Center. Apart from doing housework, buying ingredients and cooking, growing vegetables in the backyard, and going shopping with the other housewives, she doesn't have much to do.

Even when she wants to go pick wild fruit on the mountain behind their home, her filial son always volunteers to come along.

But one day, a strange person suddenly rings her doorbell.

"Is your husband home?"

"May I ask what you need him for?" Suibian asks through the intercom, wearing a kind smile as she sets down her vacuum cleaner.

"Well, your husband is suspected of involvement in cult activities." Perhaps worried she wouldn't believe him, the visitor even shows her his Alliance credentials. Just as he's about to force his way in, Suibian's gentle expression changes. She snaps her fingers, and an ordinary red-and-white ball appears at her fingertips.

Darkrai suddenly appears behind the visitor. The man's limbs twitch, and he collapses unconscious. Once the visitor is out cold, Darkrai disappears.

"Sir? Sir?" Suibian opens the door and sees the man passed out on her doorstep. She hurriedly rushes back inside and calls for emergency medical help.

Aside from the Poke Ball she just opened, everything goes on as usual.

(I dug out my long-dusty NDS, and when I opened an old save, I suddenly felt like writing a silly little story.)
