Professional Bedtime Companion

Actress Zhuo Chuhan is known in the entertainment industry as the hardest-working star, and people say she especially likes filming at night (don't get the wrong idea). Few people know that she suffers from severe insomnia and actually sleeps better after a day of filming. Later, she meets an unemployed drifter named Gu Ran, and suddenly turns down every night shoot? Many insomniacs offer a fortune for a cure. The actress's manager watches someone playing with a dog and says, exasperated, "Of course she has important business to take care of at night." The gossip crowd: "So they're getting it on? They're even this dedicated to handing out dog food?" "Since you don't have a job, why not become my full-time sleep companion?" Gu Ran blinks. "Sure. I'll be on top." ... A gossip show host asks, "Would you be willing to act in a lesbian movie?" "If the script is good, of course," Zhuo Chuhan says with a smile. Gu Ran glances at the person on TV and sneers. "She's already so gay. Of course she'd be willing." The setup is a little odd. Gu Xuan transmigrated back from a magical continent and has some special abilities, plus an adorable little dumpling.
