A Quiet Heartbeat

The school’s resident troublemaker has fallen for Lu Qiaoran, the transfer student in the class next door. To become his girlfriend, she gives up her usual domineering attitude and starts acting like a good girl. But after a whole month of putting on an act, he still hasn’t reacted at all. Watching the girls flutter around him like butterflies, Li Xintong intercepts every love letter they give him right in front of Lu Qiaoran. Holding the letters, she plants one foot on a stool, ignores the indifference on his face, and arrogantly lifts his chin with a brilliant smile. “Since you don’t want to be my boyfriend, then call me Big Sis.”

Later, the man pulls the girl before him into his arms and whispers by her ear, “Big Sis.”
