Gu Ce lazily sprawls across his desk, flipping through a book with one hand and propping his face up with the other. Summer hasn't officially begun yet, but sunlight falls across his face, making him want to take a comfortable nap.
"Yu Tunan, come up here and show us how to solve this problem."
The math teacher's penetrating voice jolts Gu Ce awake. He looks up and glances at Yu Tunan in the row ahead. Yu Tunan is already on his feet, about to go out.
Gu Ce's gaze sharpens, and he stares at Yu Tunan's butt, momentarily distracted.
Yu Tunan is about to head to the podium when he suddenly hears a loud bang behind him. Puzzled, he turns to look. Before he can fully turn around, Gu Ce brushes past his shoulder and walks up to the podium. "Teacher, I'd like to try solving this problem another way."
The math teacher hesitates and glances at Yu Tunan. "Um, all right. Gu Ce, come up and give it a try. Tunan, if you have a different idea, you can come up too."
Yu Tunan shakes his head and sits back down. His underwear feels damp and sticky, and he frowns irritably. Who knows what has gotten into Gu Ce this time.
