A Meteor City Resident [Hunter X Hunter]

Oh, ladies and gentlemen, please allow me, allow me to introduce myself before you drown me in all sorts of disgusting words.

I've lost an ear. I have only a few front teeth left in my mouth. My fingers don't add up to a whole number. A few of my ribs are crooked. I'm badly injured, and the only chance I have to get out of this pile of trash is right in front of me.

We all know that opportunities vanish in a flash. There's no way I'm letting this one pass me by.

For many people born in Meteor City, leaving Meteor City is only the beginning.

It's the same for me.

But the problem is, not every beginning can successfully open a new chapter.

So...

Ladies and gentlemen, I don't give a damn what words you use to describe or judge me.

I'm dying!

I don't give a damn about saving the world or becoming some damned messiah!

I just want to get the hell out of this place!

So...

Yes.

If I have to sell those brats, then I will.

If I have to cut the one-way ticket out of here from the heart of one of them, two of them, or all of them,

then I will.

The truth is, I've already done it.

Now...

My dear audience, you may begin condemning me.
