On the first day back from summer vacation, our adviser called the whole grade together. Our homeroom teacher swept his marker across the blackboard, writing four big words: Observation Report. Then, in his uniquely cutesy, shrill voice, he told us to choose a species and write a report about it. It could be an animal, a plant... any living thing...
I was terribly conflicted. There were so many living things in the world that picking one to observe was no easy task. Then I thought about it some more, and suddenly Ma Xiaolu's face popped into my head. When he smiled, he looked like a lunatic having a seizure; when he cried, he looked like someone whose lover had just died.
At that thought, a spark went off in my head. With a specimen like him right here...
Oh, right. If I chose humans as the subject of my report, there was a good chance I'd pass.
Especially if I studied Ma Xiaolu. He was an extraordinary oddball among ordinary people, a perfect specimen.
Looking at his appearance... I shuddered... Ma Xiaolu had just been wronged and wore a miserable expression. Everything about him screamed that he was an idiot. Well... thinking it over, he was quite a fine young man when he wasn't crying or smiling.
And so I finally decided that Ma Xiaolu would do, more or less, as the subject of my report.
Theme:
After reading the last chapter, I came back to comment. It was very well written, much better than some stupid posts nowadays. I don't know why no one comes to such a relatively complete article. Of course, one thing is that the love line is too unclear. I feel like the author is not very good at writing love lines? Also, although the family line made me cry, I didn't like the happy ending, maybe because I prefer pure things. Another thing is that the image of the male and female protagonists is still relatively vague. (However, these are the difficult points in romance, and there are few books I have read that are well written) As the author's first book, the flaws are not hidden, the plot is logical and smooth, and there are no embarrassing villains. It is a more everyday book and is worth reading.
Are the next few chapters locked?
