[Crossover] King of the Watch

[System announcement: All survivors, get ready. The game will begin in thirty seconds. Find five cipher machines and decode them to open the gate and escape.]

Before becoming a hunter, Crow asked the warden what it took to be an excellent hunter, the kind that would win the support of everyone watching her stream.

The warden patted her head and said meaningfully, “The best strategy is to defeat the enemy without fighting.”

Crow looked it up. It probably, maybe, possibly meant making the enemy surrender without a fight.

The problem was... how was she supposed to get the survivors matched into her game to give up escaping?

She couldn't figure it out...

A sweet, satisfying story with no regard for logic. I got so hooked on the game that I started this novel. I'll start writing it in June.
