In the year 20XX of the Continent Calendar, in September, my boyfriend texted me to break up.

"My first love has come back to me, so just forget about me. Don't make me worry. Let me go in peace," he said.

I was furious and planned to dig him up and beat him to a pulp.

I searched for him for a long time, but in the end, I learned online that he was dead.

So he had been dead all along... and the killer was someone I knew.

② OOC, not canon-focused. Shalnark is my ex-boyfriend, but he dies in the original, so he dies here too. The story takes place after his death, so he has very little screen time. He'll come back to life in 2.0.

③ There are original characters, and more than one. There are lots of original settings, really a lot, and the plot is all original. You can read this even if you haven't read the original.

④ First person, from the heroine's perspective. The story mainly follows her experiences and includes several unrequited crushes, which are not all reciprocated.
