A series of short stories inspired by random ideas.
The protagonist, Tang Bai, is an ordinary office worker who diligently clocks in every day and waits for retirement. She’s an ordinary single woman past her prime. A laid-back young person who’s content to coast through life, she spends her days reading and watching shows. Who knew that one day, Heaven would apparently get bored and send her back to high school?
Usually, people who return to high school make up for their regrets, work through every exam-prep book, get into Tsinghua or Peking University, and maybe even win over their dream guy along the way. But when it’s Tang Bai’s turn...
Inner thoughts: W-what are these questions...? Why couldn’t I have been reborn in middle school so I could start studying earlier? Heaven, could you make this any harder?
And then... Heavens, I was wrong! I didn’t understand your mercy! Please make my menopausal mom and dad calm down for a while. Whether I get into Tsinghua or Peking University is really not the problem right now! I’m afraid I’ll drop out and go home and upset them!
A note from the author: Um, so, the author who revises the story whenever she has a spare moment has changed the title and the first two chapters again. If you like the story, please add it to your favorites. As a novel ranked below 90,000 (and one whose title keeps changing), I doubt you’ll find it easily otherwise.
