The State Assigns Everyone a Boyfriend

With the gender ratio severely out of balance, after a brutal uprising against oppression, Boyfriends will be assigned by the state. High-quality men, cat-type men, dog-type men... We have everything you could want, and even things you never knew you wanted! Pick whichever handsome man you like! “Miss S, all the men above are top-quality, and no one has claimed them before! Please take your pick.” “Miss S, all of us want to go home with you. Is that all right? If you don't say anything, we'll take that as a yes.” “Miss M, this is already your fifth man. If you keep this up, you'll be put on the blacklist!” “Let the man speak for himself.” “It's all my fault. It has nothing to do with Miss M. I wasn't good enough. Please don't put her on the blacklist!” The man who had been sent back wept like a pear blossom in the rain. “Miss X, this top-quality man isn't willing. How about you look at someone else?”... PS: Short stories. I'll post as much as I write, at high speed. It's no fun fantasizing alone. The unspeakable parts won't be posted, so please use your imagination! No minors, please. Thank you for your cooperation. A collection of short stories
