He'll risk his life to save you three times. This is a newbie perk for beginners like you. Got it?" Xia Nuo: Got it! System: The newbie seems very obedient. I can relax now. As soon as the game begins, Xia Nuo follows the System's instructions and grabs the hand of the man beside him. System: ...!!! The evil spirit gazes at the little lamb that has walked right into its trap and slowly smiles. After the game ends, Xia Nuo sighs: As expected of a beginner's game. I didn't run into any danger the whole time! Also, my "boyfriend" took such good care of me. I have to thank him properly the next time we meet. System: I relaxed way too soon! A lighthearted, sweet story where the teammates are all trying to escape, while the protagonist is busy falling in love. #I can date an evil spirit on my own merits. Deeply Devoted Character Can't Crumble [Infinite] After a role-playing game in a full-dive game store gets an update, it suddenly announces a crossover with a nightmare game and adds a "horror" tag. The young star Xia Zhi enters the game. He gets a basic character card. System: This is the boyfriend you're infatuated with, an explorer. You came with him to explore an old mansion deep in the mountains... The handsome blind man lifts his face and smiles at him. After days of torrential rain, a landslide strikes. His boyfriend returns to the old mansion and tells him the others died in the mudslide. The next moment, his teammates appear outside, shouting in terror that his boyfriend is an evil spirit and he must stay away. What will you choose? --Please stay in character. Xia Zhi's eyes redden in an instant. His hands tremble as he embraces his pale, bloodstained "boyfriend": "No matter what you become, an evil spirit or a monster, I won't leave you." His "boyfriend" chuckles. "Good. I'll make your wish come true." Xia Zhi: "..." What was supposed to be role-playing has turned into a horror game, and breaking character means death. Other players: Doing everything they can to escape, their screams adding to the horror-movie atmosphere. Xia Zhi: Completely at ease. The only thing that worries him is that the person he devotes himself to each time never seems to be human. "Boyfriend": Thanks. The romance experience gets full marks. I'll be back next time.
