[The Outcast] The Law of the Dead End

The Quanxing Sect wreaks havoc on Mount Longhu, and the heirs to the Eight Extraordinary Skills are exposed one after another. The population limit is on the verge of being breached...

Always at the eye of the storm, forever at the heart of the maelstrom. Life rarely goes as planned, and for Feng Yan it seems things are several times worse. Everyone suffers, but he is the one most often plagued by bad luck.

For over twenty years, this unlucky young man had only one wish: to escape his bad luck and start life over. But before his wish could come true, misfortune brought him face-to-face with his junior fellow disciple Zhang Chulan, who had been pushed into the world of the supernaturals by an accident. From then on, his quality of life rose and fell dramatically, and even his day-to-day routine, along with his unchanging wish, was shaken like never before.

Feng Yan stands on the razor's edge, where all conflict between supernaturals and ordinary people must be prevented. He can neither advance nor retreat. He longs to soar like a great roc, yet fears that if he crosses the line, someone will break his legs.

Whether you are a supernatural or an ordinary person, you can only choose one.

[Things to Know Before Reading]

- This is primarily a The Outcast fanfic. It includes some original settings and speculation, while plot details follow the comic.

- Original male protagonist x Zhang Chulan. Two masters of pretending to be weak while hiding their strength, older top, one-on-one romance. Please beware if this is not your thing.

- Wish fulfillment, out of character, logic takes a nosedive, follows the plot and the usual tropes.

- Bilian is the most handsome and adorable boy in the world. Agree with this and we'll be friends forever.

- Added in August 2019: This is very badly written. Don't get into it.
