The Host Won't Let Me Do My Job

Full-book V lock: Announcement: This book will be V-locked in its entirety on Monday, August 27. The chapters being locked are chapters 20 to 38, so please don't buy them again if you've already read them. Thank you for all your support so far, and please keep supporting my new stories.

The Host isn't a proper Host. They never do their tasks properly, stay up all night and sleep all day, and have dark circles bigger than their eyes.

The System isn't a proper System either. It never assigns tasks properly, and just sits at its computer watching anime and adult films. Sometimes it even asks its Host:

"Can you wear a cosplay outfit for me?"

Before you dive in:

1. Updates start on July 17. Before the V-lock, updates will follow the rankings; afterward, there'll be daily updates, if it gets V-locked.

2. The heroine doesn't take her tasks seriously and has no feelings for the targets she has to win over.

3. There is an official pairing, and the ending is 1v1. The characters in the missions are not the official pairing.

4. Please pre-save my new story. There's a completed story with some embarrassing old stuff next door. Feel free to check it out.
