A Manga Girl's Path to Godhood

Blurb: Also known as A Brocade of Lingering Clouds at Sunset (the poem hints at the names of the male and female leads; excerpted from "By the Luo River") [Plot Version] A girl who loves manga, despite having no professional training, fights her way through every obstacle, levels up, and ultimately reaches the peak of the serialized manga world. After all, whoever has the last laugh has the sweetest smile. On her very first submission, Liuyun happens to run into the editor-in-chief of the top manga magazine on the street. Liuyun is thrilled: "My luck stat is maxed out! Heaven, you're being way too kind to me!" But she never expected the editor-in-chief to be a rejection-happy, scheming master. Liuyun fumes: "Jinsi, you played me!" Jinsi calmly replies: "If I said I was trying to help you, would you believe me?" [Romance Version] Jinsi: "...Behind every outstanding manga is the joint effort of its creator and editor. A work is like a ship, while the creator and editor are the rowers on either side. Only when they work together can the ship reach the other shore." Luoting: "The taste of a dream is the most beautiful fantasy of youth. Every boy or girl who hasn't yet grown up longs to have a dream and strive for it. But in the end, everyone has to grow up. Once you do, the dream is over, and all that's left around you is the cold, harsh reality, burying you in a pool of blood. Liuyun, you were my dream when I was young, the most beautiful fantasy I ever had. But now, at last, I've woken from that dream." Manga artists are bound to meet all kinds of editors, and behind every great manga artist stands a great editor. One opened a window into the world of manga for Liuyun; another guided her onto the path of becoming a manga artist. Who will stay by her side until the end? Who is the one she was destined to be with... Getting Started: 1. Pairing: One-on-one 2. A workplace story about manga artists 3.
