Parallel Transmigration [Naruto]

Minato Menma, the son of Konoha's Fourth Hokage, has a chuunibyou fit and dreams of conquering the world. While fleeing after going rogue and avoiding Sasuke Uchiha, the next clan head of Konoha's prestigious Uchiha clan, he unexpectedly transmigrates to a parallel world. The young prince of Konoha has become a pitiful outcast whom everyone despises? Heh. Minato Menma will show you that even as an orphan, he can still rule the entire ninja world. Naruto Uzumaki sneaks off to steal the Scroll of Seals so he can pass his graduation exam, but somehow ends up in another world. The Sasuke here is even harder to deal with than the other Sasuke. Menma's setup is roughly similar to the Tsukuyomi World in Road to Ninja, but this really is a parallel world, so there are differences from Road to Ninja.
