The Tang Dynasty Nail House [GL]

The empress plans to move her palace, and the perfect site selected by the Imperial Astronomical Bureau happens to be the mountain belonging to the little mountain god Yue Zhi. Yue Zhi has spent over a thousand years making her way in the immortal realm. At long last, she was given a little hill. It may be small, but at least she has a place of her own. Every so often, she receives offerings from the villagers and invites the local minor gods over to drink and celebrate. All in all, life is carefree and happy. But good times don't last. One day, the royal demolition team arrives, saying they'll level her little hill to build a palace for the empress. The court will compensate her with a huge sum of silver for her losses. Silver? Yue Zhi laughs. There are countless gold and silver nuggets beneath the ground. She wants her home, not silver. The empress insists on building her palace here, but Yue Zhi refuses to move. One day, the empress finally runs out of ways to deal with Yue Zhi. Empress: “All under Heaven belongs to the sovereign. In the end, this little mountain of yours belongs to me, too.” Yue Zhi: “Don't give me that. I'm not moving!” Empress: “The realm is mine, but I am yours. And in the end, the new palace will be yours, too.” Yue Zhi blushes. The famous holdout, who never yielded to anyone, finally falls in love.
