Updates are on hold for now, ORZ
A little sweet treat, length undecided, about a domineering female CEO and a handsome writer.
Hong Mutou, a down-and-out online novelist, has stopped updating for three whole weeks. Neither his editor nor the devoted fans who have his contact details can reach him. His editor is so worried they're about to call the police, only to be told that the ID number doesn't match Hong's information, the address doesn't exist, and the bank account has been closed.
Ever since Hong Mutou started earning money as an online novelist, he has hardly gone out. Not long ago, he ran out of inspiration.
On an impulse, Hong decided to change careers and stopped updating without a word.
Every day, Hong watches from behind his screen as news of his disappearance gets more and more exaggerated. After a long hesitation, he finally leaves a message saying, "See you again," and steels himself to go outside for once. Fully disguised, he ventures out and meets a woman who gives him new inspiration.
PS:
One-on-one romance, both leads are each other's only partner, no exes.
A mildly sociophobic writer with slight persecutory delusions vs. a cool, mature beauty and domineering female CEO
An aside:
I originally wanted to write an ancient-setting danmei, but researching the background nearly drove me crazy, ORZ.
I was down for a long time, but figured I'd start something else first.
This is a modern romance I'm more familiar with, probably told from both perspectives, mainly the male lead's.
Sending love~
The first chapter was pretty good, but the heroine turned out not to my liking... Sad.
