My Best Friend Keeps Trying to Make Me Famous [Entertainment]

A story about an online author who gives up writing to pursue the arts, falls in love along the way, and ultimately reaches the peak of life. A sugary-sweet romance.

Lin Xiuran, a severe social anxiety sufferer, thinks his ideal career is being an online novelist. But his stories never take off, so he has no choice but to make his debut in show business... He clearly wants to make a living with his talent, but in the end he has to rely on his looks. Every day, he thinks about earning a bundle and then going home to hole up for a year without leaving, writing novels. But because he’s so good-looking, lots of people keep asking him to act! He figures he might as well take the money, and that he’ll need to save up more if he wants to hole up at home without guilt, so he has no choice but to keep filming one project after another... until he wins Best Actor, and until he overcomes his social anxiety.

In the end, he still decides to stay home and write novels.

A beautiful but useless author with severe social anxiety, the recipient, and a successful, charming, secretly flirtatious “domineering” top
