Jason Todd: the second son of the Wayne family, Batman's second Robin, and Gotham City's resurrected Red Hood. By the will of the greater universe, he has regressed from an adult into... a magical boy???
The Red Hood, with his original fake-child body and a soul that's truly an adult, is once again questioning his life today.
A sweet story! A sweet story! A sweet story! I'm going to spoil Big Bro Todd rotten!
Keep in mind the story's biggest premise: everyone loves my Todd, and he comes with a passive halo that makes people read things into him. Based on this, the characters may be OOC.
