(Spiritpact) The Only One

*Important: This story is being posted at a bad time. I didn't think things through before starting, and once I did, I was told I needed surgery. Tomorrow I'm going back to have my cast removed and start proper rehabilitation... I'll be back in a week. June 10.*

Using Duanmu Xi's Netherworld as a guide, Yang Jing Hua activated his own true Netherworld and saw the past of the divine dragon Zhang Xuan and Duanmu Xi.

But at the end of the story, he didn't return to reality. Instead, he came to the true Netherworld for Duanmu Xi.

The boy who called him big brother, Duanmu Xi, still had black hair as he wandered through the Netherworld, waiting for his god to arrive.

Before it all began, before Duanmu Xi met Zhang Xuan, he once entered the Netherworld and gave up everything.

But someone saved him, amid the wailing of evil spirits, as yaksha demons tore at him and flames and ice scorched him.

Yang Jing Hua, dressed in black, had half his face injured, one eye blinded, and one hand severed. Yet he used the torn cloth from his sleeve to shield Duanmu Xi in his arms and told him:

“Duanmu Xi, I'll take you home.”

This is a preview of the first volume. If you think it's good, I'll keep writing.
