For the Rest of Our Lives, Please Guide Me

Blurb:

In the eyes of his fans, Shen Yusheng is the nation's dreamboat: aloof, noble, and detached from worldly affairs, someone to admire from afar but never touch (even though they'd really like to...).

Around people who know him, though, he's:

Childish

Shen Yusheng: "Do you like me?"

Xu Duo: "I like Peppa Pig."

Shen Yusheng rolls around, then gets up: "Wait, I'll go find a mud pit!"

Xu Duo: "..."

Shen Yusheng: "These are matching watches for real socialites."

Xu Duo: "Can I not wear one?"

Shen Yusheng: "Where's the mud pit?"

Xu Duo: "..."

Jealous

Shen Yusheng: "You haven't looked at me for two seconds. You're looking behind me!"

(He turns around and sees an adorable mixed-race little prince happily stuffing his face with a hamburger.)

Then he adds: "He may look cute now, but eating so much junk food will make him break out, get fat, and end up short!"

Xu Duo quietly puts down his fries...

Tsundere

Xu Duo: "Why did you change my avatar and phone wallpaper again?"

Shen Yusheng: "I've got so many handsome photos. I have to change them often so I can admire my good looks from different angles."

Xu Duo: "But they all look pretty much the same to me..."

Shen Yusheng excitedly raises his phone and says, unable to believe it: "Look at my abs! I used to have six-pack abs, and now I've got eight!"

Xu Duo: "Wow, that's amazing! You're so handsome!" (Doing his very best to cheer him on...)

Shen Yusheng nods smugly, then nestles against Xu Duo and tempts him: "Want to touch them? Just feel them, it's free!"

Xu Duo: "..."

Sharp-tongued

A sexy actress says coyly: "Your skin is so nice, Mr. Shen. Could you tell me how you take care of it?"

Shen Yusheng glances at her thick makeup and says: "Just put on a few fewer layers of powder."

The actress's flawless makeup starts to crack...

Someone asks Xu Duo: "What do you think of having a boyfriend like that?"

Xu Duo: "What else can I do? Spoil him, of course..."

(This story is a slow burn. The leads stand up for and dote on each other. Sweet, sweet, sweet!)
