The emotional entanglement between the four protagonists and two generations can only be understood after reading the four chapters of the story. This is a short story of 10,000 words, with a similar narrative structure to "Rashomon" and "Flying Fox in the Snow Mountain". I deliberately followed this style because I wanted to practice my writing.
