This article describes an aristocratic girl who disguised herself as a man during the time of Alexander II of Russia and traveled through Europe, the various historical figures around her, the rise and fall of Russia under the control of several generations of czars, and that period of turbulent European history. I would like to write this article to commemorate the Russian long-running TV series "Love in Petersburg" which was first broadcast by the Central Television Station in 2005.
