[One Piece] The White-Haired Fairy

[1] Legend has it that during the hundred years erased from the Sea Circle Calendar, there was a race of "white-haired fairies" in the Grand Line. The people on their island had white hair and eyes, along with a pair of crystal-clear wings. They were not only beautiful, but were also born with powers as formidable as those of a Devil Fruit. But this was nothing more than an absurd legend, like the Sky Islands. [2] Daphne has been on the run since the day she was born. No one ever taught her how to use the powers from fairy legend. After being auctioned off and dying, this combat-inept girl was reborn and resolved to become a woman stronger than the Pirate King (strike that). Then she was taken in by Garp, the Marines' professional child-snatcher, and became a rebellious Marine who might defect at any moment. A tribute to One Piece, and to the friends and bonds I cherish. Daphne's adventures at sea! Premise: Selfhood
