[Saint Seiya] Drawing Can't Save Italy

Also known as "Europa Universalis IV: Holy War." The Habsburg chains of Austria clamp tight around Milan, the warships of the Spanish Empire cast bloodthirsty shadows across the Mediterranean, and the Holy See's towering cross coldly declares: Italy must never grow strong! He stood in the square before St. Mark's Basilica. "God gave Venice His tears, but ever since the fall of the Roman Empire, the God of War has never again looked kindly upon poor Italy." "We are nothing but pitiable blood donors to the great powers. The Holy See wants a wealthy but divided Italy. Shameless little thieves across Europe steal our wealth and culture, French hegemony expands without limit, and Spain has already trampled poor Naples beneath its feet." "Painting can't save Italy, and neither can God." He held his unfinished painting toward the church candles' golden-red flames. "But a raging fire sweeping across the land can let Italy be reborn." Don't doubt it, this really is a Saint Seiya fanfic. The world was perfectly normal until one day, Aaron clicked on the wrong development path. Want more people to be happy = We must control our own destiny. But we're still under the control of Austria, Spain, and France = We need to liberate Naples, leave the Holy Roman Empire, and establish a unified Italy! Warning: The author's understanding of history comes from Paradox games, so it's pretty fantastical. This work must not be used as a blueprint for building Italy after you transmigrate, nor even as a suggestion. The Pegasus Angel belongs to Aaron! The Pegasus Angel belongs to Aaron! The Pegasus Angel belongs to Aaron! Important things must be said three times.
