Reborn to Fall in Love

I’ve wanted to write a reborn story for a long time, since around 2017, but I never had the time or the mood. Now that things have eased up a little, I’m finally making it happen. Actually, it would still be a complete story even without the rebirth. There’s no golden finger. The only golden finger is probably that he didn’t end up with the gong in his previous life, so they can be sweet together in this one. I like writing detective stories, so this might have a little of that flavor, I guess. Synopsis: A shou who inexplicably died is reborn, then discovers that his best friend from his previous life has feelings for him? He also finds out that his own background is more complicated than it seemed? Everything he couldn’t see clearly in his previous life is crystal clear in this one. Basically, the shou’s mother and her family were killed by his biological father, then his stepmother tried to kill him too. The gong was nearly killed by his own younger brother and uncle, and then it turns out his own mother has some issues, too. In the end, two unfortunate people (not really) fall in love and live happily together. This is definitely not a tragic or angsty story. It’s a comedy all the way through One day I saw a post about what surnames and names shou characters tend to have, and what names gong characters tend to have. So I used the names suggested there, since I’m terrible at coming up with names. I do check my writing for typos once, but I basically never catch them, so there will be lots. I’ve tried my best to cut down on them... Please forgive me. Updates daily, probably around 8:50 a.m. or noon. I hope you’ll show it lots of support! Even one reader would motivate me.
