Hua Shan Gongzi, the fan-wielding young master of Wangxian City, is breathtakingly beautiful, highly skilled, and proud by nature. To figure out what was going on and break free of his restraints, Hua Shan carefully observed this World. He also went to great lengths to get close to the city lord, who was also an NPC but, strangely, was not controlled and could use uncanny abilities at will.

In the end,

he became someone who could issue quests at will and stayed on the front lines of building and prospering the city year-round: the city lord's wife.
