The Celestial Dragon Decides to Topple the World

"Listen to me." Achille stood high above, facing the wind, his expression resolute and lonely. "I'm a remnant of the old era. There is no ship in the new era that can carry me!" The atmosphere seemed to freeze. The next second, the boy dropped the act on the spot. "Well? Well? Wasn't that super cool?" He jumped up excitedly, rubbing his hands together as he shouted to his crew below. His crew looked at him with pained expressions. "Leaving aside the fact that you stole Whitebeard's line..." "Listen, you idiot captain. If you don't get off that old man's shoulder right now, Marco's going to fly up there and tear you to pieces." "I'm not scared!" The idiot captain was brimming with confidence. "I'm one of the Four Emperors. He can't beat me!" Meeting the eyes of the old man beside him, Achille grinned and asked, "Right, Ace's dad?" "Gurarararara!" And so, amid Marco's furious roars and the old man's laughter, a peaceful day on the Grand Line after the Summit War passed quietly by. --From A Foolish Captain's Logbook, by a scholar of the Blazing Sun Pirates "A dream?" Achille pondered. "I guess... to save the world..." At the looks from everyone else that seemed to say, "What kind of brand-new chuunibyou are you?" he scratched his head and smiled sheepishly. "Huh? Too unrealistic? Then I'll start by casually toppling one World Government." In short, this is probably a story about someone who is born a Celestial Dragon from the start, defects and heads out to sea to pursue his dream of changing the world, casually becomes one of the Four Emperors, and ultimately really does change the world. ||Additional notes|| 1. The CP is settled. It's Katakuri, who hasn't even appeared in the blurb, but he really is the CP! He'll just show up a little later. 2. The protagonist is a native of the pirate world, and his character is insanely powerful. 3. He'll leave Mary Geoise and form his own pirate crew. This isn't reform from the top down. The Revolutionary Army can handle the revolution; the protagonist is only responsible for fighting. 4. The story will take place entirely in the pirate world. Characters from other worlds may join the crew, but there won't be any involvement with those other worlds. Premise: Change brings progress; clinging to the old ways is no good.
