But as the writing progresses, I find more and more that this is an almost impossible result. From the experience of the protagonist Tang Lai, and his own inner world, in the end he can only make them more selfish, and just hide his youthful dreams more deeply to better suit the world.
Therefore, it can be said that the novel has some sadistic fatalistic tones, but this is by no means the author's original intention. For such a subject, the author is also exploring and making several new attempts, allowing different protagonists to use their own behaviors and ways of thinking to interpret a person who likes to think, their understanding of the world and their struggles.
