Infancy:
Qing Qi: "Auntie!"
Zhong Yi: "What do you mean, 'auntie'? Call me big brother!"
Qing Qi (persistent and refusing to admit defeat): "Auntie, auntie, auntie, auntie! Ah!" (He overdid it and fell onto the bed.)
Zhong Yi: "..."
Adolescence:
Classmate A: "Qing Qi, um, well, I was wondering if you'd like to come over to my house this weekend. Would you?"
Qing Qi: "Sorry, I'm busy this weekend."
Classmate B: "What are you doing, little Qing Qi? Going somewhere fun?"
Qing Qi (raising his little fist): "No. I'm going to pounce on my auntie!"
Classmate A, Classmate B, and everyone watching: ?!!!!!
At home, Zhong Yi: "Achoo! I don't think I've caught a cold? Little Qi seems to be coming back soon. I'd better go buy groceries. Hmm, I think Little Qi said he wanted sweet-and-sour carp last time..."
Young adulthood:
Zhong Yi (looking extremely smug): "Be good, baby. You see, you used to call me auntie, and I never got upset~"
Qing Qi (grabbing a pillow and throwing it): "Get away from me!"
Zhong Yi (catching the pillow): "All right, all right. Hubby's going to make dinner for you now, baby."
(The other person doesn't want to talk to you and throws another pillow at you.)
I'll write this story during summer vacation this year. For now, I've posted a poem related to the main story, in case I forget...
