These are dreams filled out after the fact, so they have no logic (because they're dreams). Generally, the chapters aren't connected to one another (the odds of a dream having a sequel are just too low), and updates are irregular (it depends on when I dream. I can't control myself either). Given how embarrassing it is, the dreams use second person, while the waking parts use first person.
