Would Superpowers Make Solving Crimes Faster? [Western Crossover]

In just one year, Enid received New York's Good Citizen award three times, raised the city's crime-solving rate without breaking a sweat, and effectively reduced wrongful convictions and miscarriages of justice. She was a trusted friend of the NYPD and an unofficial partner to the FBI. After moving to London, she helped Scotland Yard solve several major cases in her first month. The detectives at Scotland Yard gave her a big thumbs-up whenever they spoke of her. When asked for her secret to solving cases, she modestly joked, "It's because I have a superpower." . Enid really does have a superpower. She can possess people on the verge of death in her dreams. After repeatedly seeing the same man at crime scenes, she couldn't help but report him. "911? There's a tall, thin young man with dark brown hair who keeps hanging around crime scenes. Curly hair, long face, pale complexion, black trench coat and scarf. He must be connected to the cases." "Oh, right, he also claims to be a detective." . Scotland Yard summoned Sherlock for questioning. Someone claimed to have seen him at a crime scene at 3 a.m., in the middle of nowhere, with the victim dead and the culprit on the run. Who saw him? Could it have been the dead victim?
