The heroine is Stocking from Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt. The main setting is the world of Aotu, with a little Panty & Stocking mixed in.
Between the rift in Heaven and Hell lies a city called Fallen Angel City. Its people are constantly under attack by "evil spirits."
The darkness that corrupts people's hearts continues to quietly consume the city.
Someone is trying to use transcendent spiritual power to eliminate these evil spirits born of desire.
--- Your teammate, the angel Stocking, has logged off.

"I told you, I'm an angel! It's just a different art style, so why are you all so surprised??"
