[Ace of Diamond] A Second Chance at Being an Ace Pitcher (Baseball Fanfiction)

Synopsis:

Seido High loses to Inashiro Industrial, and the third-year seniors retire with regrets.

Eijun finally understands what it means to say that you only get one chance at high school baseball.

After being hit by a pitch, Eijun, who suffers from a fear of pitching, is mercilessly crushed by Yakushi's batting lineup in a practice game. Through hard work, he eventually manages to overcome it.

In the Autumn Tournament, Seido High faces Ougai High. Eijun completes a full game, finally achieves a qualitative leap in his growth, and earns the recognition of most people.

On the eve of the final against Yakushi, Eijun has just learned to throw a changeup and displayed a talent, or perhaps a weapon, that is uniquely his. He falls asleep with a heart that is somewhat uneasy but more determined than anything. Yet a dream of old memories takes him back to the day he entered school as a freshman. What will happen now? Will his seniors still retire with regrets? Will Seido High make it to Koshien? Will the coach resign?

How will Eijun react to these almost dramatic changes?

And what will become of the friendships, and perhaps other feelings, that grow out of playing baseball?

P.S. First, I really wanted to write more about the competitive side of baseball in this story. Maybe my writing isn't good enough, and it may not turn out very well, but I'll do my best! Second, since this is a romance, there will definitely be a pairing. I'll decide how much romance to write as I go!
