[Crossover] Is Hot Pot Good?

A soul from the country beneath the red flag is reborn in a world centered around food. What kind of sparks will fly? After all... Traditional Chinese cuisine is about so much more than mapo tofu!!! We have eight major regional cuisines, after all!!! And you're just going to ignore mouthwatering chicken, boiled cabbage, little wontons, dry-mixed noodles, cold rabbit, Peking duck, hot pot, Lanzhou beef noodles, steamed pork with rice flour, pork with preserved mustard greens, skewers, grilled gluten, soy-braised pork bones, jelly, liangpi, water shield, crawfish, dragon's beard noodles... (Skipping a bunch of dishes here. The author actually knows them all. If you don't, look them up later.) ...Peking duck and braised pig's trotters, too?! Other things to note: 1. The protagonist is very different from the original character. He's always a bit insecure and thinks he can't reach the level of the character in the manga. (I've seen Food Wars, but have almost forgotten everything about it. Because of this, he's been a little insecure since childhood, always thinking he can't measure up to the original Soma. He is also a picky eater.) 2. I've given him a cheat. The protagonist is the strongest in the story, strong enough to win over Nakiri's mom. 3. I wrote this purely for fun. 4. A pairing? I have no idea... 5. I've exaggerated some of the food, like the whole "It's scallions! I added scallions!" thing. Some dishes are only found in my hometown, so don't worry if you haven't heard of them. (I think they're delicious, anyway.) 6. The protagonist has certain preferences. This isn't meant to start a fight; it's just that the author only likes this particular flavor and really can't describe whether other flavors are good, so I'll just use my own tastes. QAQ 7. I'll add more later. Theme: I want to promote the traditional foods of my hometown
