Springtime in the Apricot Grove

Lotus blossoms cannot rival a beauty's makeup; a breeze from the palace waters carries the fragrance of her pearls and jewels. Which man will win the embrace of the Xie family's daughter? Lu Lang, with his fragrant breath, plays among the blossoms. Lu Zi Huan is always one step behind at everything, except when it comes to marriage, where he is more than a little ahead. When a short-tempered person meets a laid-back one, when free love collides with an arranged marriage, Xie Xingwan: Should she submit or not? Note: The two lines "Lotus blossoms cannot rival a beauty's makeup; a breeze from the palace waters carries the fragrance of her pearls and jewels" are from Wang Changling's poem "Autumn Lament in the Western Palace."
