(My first story, Black History No. 1...)
She is Ye Xiaoxiao, a master of disguise, fiery as wine and gentle as tea. She can influence the court when she steps forward, or retreat into the martial world when she chooses. Sworn to take revenge and clear her name, she finds herself torn between love and duty.
He is Jun Shaoxing, Grand Secretary of the Cabinet, who prides himself on being a treacherous minister and ruling with an iron fist. Yet in his heart, he longs for lasting peace and an end to factional strife.
Who promised me ten miles of spring breeze? Who saw me through the bitter winter? Who gave me a lifetime of firelight? Who buried my flower-like beauty?
You.
(The story is complete and has been revised. The writing is solid, so jump right in with confidence! (^_^))
Coming next: The Dragon Sinks, the Fragrance Fades (Reborn)
In her previous life, Guixue received Fu Yunxi's promise that they would stay devoted to each other until old age.
She served as a spy for the Fu family for eight years, and he sealed away two of her memories.
Only after entering the household did she learn that she had become a concubine.
Her life was tormented by a ruthless princess, his legal wife, and a husband who grew more and more twisted.
In the end, she was still driven to take her own life.
Reborn at sixteen, Guixue is once again a fragrance-gathering girl at Fengling Tower.
She decisively quits her work as a spy, washes her hands of it, cuts ties with the Fu family,
and sets out to find the two memories she lost in her previous life.
And then she really does find them:
In her past life, Su Yuqin, young master of Fengling Tower, died for her, and she forgot all about him.
Guixue of Wusha Terrace is a spirit maiden who stands apart from the four kingdoms, tasked with finding the Chosen One destined to unite them.
So what exactly was she in her previous life?
A foolish girl who forgot who she was and spent her whole life being deceived.
She forgot her mission, and the young master chose her, so the four kingdoms were never united in her previous life.
Faced with the bloody truth, Guixue clenches her fists and declares: "It's all my fault!!"
This time, she'll fulfill her mission, end this ill-fated bond, and then...
Then things get too complicated to describe...
