Strange Tales from a Chinese Studio: Where the Orchids Grow

Once upon a time, there was a Black Mountain. On the mountain stood a Lanruo Temple, where a beauty lived. The beauty's surname was Lan and given name was Ruo: Lan as in Lanruo Temple, Ruo as in Lanruo Temple.

Lan Ruo wanted to travel through the lands, but the Black Mountain named Hei Yao wouldn't let him. With no other choice, Lan Ruo could only coax and trick Hei Yao into coming down the mountain, casually promising him all sorts of things. He secretly congratulated himself, unaware that he had already become Hei Yao's prey.

In short, it's a collection of strange and amusing tales about the delicate Lan Ruo and the sturdy Hei Yao traveling together and saving monsters.

Going VIP on March 14, with some chapters moving behind the paywall. I hope everyone who enjoys the story will continue to support it. Thank you!
