He was once a stray cat picked up by Gu Feng, fed until he was plump, with sleek, soft fur.
Gu Feng always said he wasn't affectionate enough, that he was too cold, and that he might as well have gotten a dog. He just listened and never replied.
He watched Gu Feng leave on missions, always coming back covered in wounds. Just when he was finally about to make it through, Gu Feng died on a mission.
He found Gu Feng's body and stopped eating and drinking, keeping him company until he died too.
When he woke up again, he had been reborn as a human: Huo Xing, a major villain Gu Feng had been investigating in secret.
At that point, Gu Feng still had three years to live. There was still time to change everything.
This time, he would protect Gu Feng properly and never let him suffer so much as a scratch.
Who says cats don't protect their owners? He would show him just how protective a cat could be.

Theme:
It looks good, much better than some of the articles on the list.
I suddenly feel sorry for Xiao Gong. He has to fall in love to do the task, and he has to provide for his little ancestor.
Your hands betrayed your cat... Hahaha
What a pity, all the good articles in the past have been delayed by jj... My wife has also stopped writing, which is sad.
It's really beautiful. Why is no one watching it? I'm sad.
The plot suddenly became cute
Come back next time hahahahaha! Next time it will be the part that JJ is not allowed to write!
It seems my wife hasn't updated for a long time... Have a happy life~
It's uncomfortable, I'd rather be like this
I laughed so hard, ╯?╰The cat is so patient!
