Playing with Cats in a Breakup Game

[Writing practice] & [A series best left forgotten]

System: Welcome to "Break Up! Boyfriend!" Players, please break up with your boyfriend. Successfully breaking up means you've cleared the game!

After a series of moves that were "fierce as a tiger," Wei'an successfully broke up with him, earning the glory of being No. 1. She was proud, but also incredibly relieved. It was just her in the game, so no outsiders would ever know she'd thrown away every last shred of dignity.

A mysterious observer who had witnessed everything said:

Lanchel: Hello, little princess who just crashed and burned.

Wei'an, dumbstruck: You saw everything!? Isn't this a single-player game?

Lanchel: Meow!

System: Enjoy your game experience :)

Note: 1. The heroine is gentle and refined around others, but a total scatterbrain in private. In truth, she's really got issues.

2. The hero's true form is not a cat.

3. The game is like a single-player VR game, but it requires an internet connection.
