[Hua Yang Hua / Pei Luo Pei] Letters from Home

These are old draft notes. Since some readers would like to see them, I’ve tidied them up and posted them.

A modern AU NPC fanfic, with no preference between the Sheep or Flower pairings. The story of Doctor Pei and Reporter Luo, with other NPCs making appearances.

There is an original character, the protagonist of another story I wrote, but they don’t have many scenes, so don’t worry.

You don’t need to have played the game to enjoy this. There are some OOC elements and creative liberties. Part of the setting is inspired by Late Marriage by Ye Junyuan. I’m mentioning that here and highly recommend the book.

The career details in this story, such as medicine and journalism, are entirely fictional. Please don’t take offense or compare them to real life. The same goes for place names, which are often replaced with aliases.

When I was writing this, the movie Dying to Survive hadn’t come out yet. I’d heard about that case from my intellectual property law professor, so it had nothing to do with the movie.

May peace endure in this world, free from the contamination of worldly troubles.

That’s all. May all your wishes come true. 2017/10/15.
