[Touken Ranbu] I'm Staying at the Awataguchi Residence

I am Yunli Yano, or perhaps Yunli Munechika. My ancestors were Sanjo Munechika, and I was the posthumous child of the Sanjo family.

They refused to acknowledge me, thought I was a disgrace and a jinx...

I didn't care, but...

"Brother Mikazuki... I'm leaving. I don't want to drag you all into this... I'll transfer to your academy, so we'll still be able to see each other..."

My tall, white-haired second brother, Kogitsunemaru, took me to stay with my mother's family, the Awataguchi.

"Yunli, will you play with Taishita?"

"Yunli, does Ran's hair look nice?"

"Yunli, Akita will play hide-and-seek with you."

"Yunli..."

"Yunli, don't worry. Big Brother Ichigo will be with you."

They were one enormous family, with more than a hundred brothers, not counting the children from the branch families.

P.S. This story isn't entirely based on history. It's all made up. There are schools and factions.

The author has long since lost all dignity, so don't ask if it's overly melodramatic or Mary Sue-ish... It's absolutely not!

There are no romantic storylines, except in the little side scenes.
