[Superheroes] On the Margins

Peter Parker gave up his superpowers and abandoned his Spider-Man suit. He went back to normal life. He stopped making Aunt May worry, stopped messing up at work, showed up on time, and became the honor student Peter once more. But was he really content with that? When he woke up one morning, he had become Peter, an ordinary New Yorker with no family (nearby), no friends (nearby), and no superpowers. Yet this world had other heroes to protect it. Peter adjusted to his new world, but... why had Spider-Man appeared again? Premise: After giving up his powers, Tobey's Spider-Man transmigrates to the Avengers world and eventually encounters another version of himself (the Holland Spider-Man). [Please Note] 1. The story is mainly set in the MCU and includes Marvel, the X-Men series, Harry Potter, and other British and American TV shows, with some original additions. 2. The story begins in 2008. Peter is an ordinary person at first. 3. The pairing hasn't been decided yet. We'll see how things go. I like all kinds of pairings, so you can wait until it's published and pick a side. 4. OOC warning. The characters don't belong to me. P.S. The author's notes contain various little scenes unrelated to the main story. Feel free to suggest prompts for fun. The complete extra story will be posted as a separate chapter. It's all based on my personal imagination and unrelated to the main story, so feel free to read it or skip it as you like. Updates depend on my mood :-D
