There are always all kinds of things in life that cause our fates to intertwine, like the crossing lines in our palms, winding and spreading.
Without realizing it, the wheels of fate began to turn slowly, unfolding everything before we could hesitate. Even when it was hard to accept, we could no longer let go.
If life were only about that first meeting, then the story should have ended right there. That way, there would have been no irreparable pain, no pairs of sorrowful eyes, and no unbearable sadness at the very moment we saw the ending.
This love can only be recalled now; back then, we were already lost. Some loves take a lifetime to forget, and hatred, too, fades with time.
