The heroine, Natalie, is the Weasley twins' good friend and a prank genius, even crazier than the two of them in some ways. She's Muggle-born, has black hair, and can see the future. She meets them at King's Cross Station when she sees through the prank sweets Fred offers her, and they become friends. To everyone's surprise, she's sorted into Slytherin. After a brief falling-out, she makes up with the twins, and together they cause countless uproarious mischief at Hogwarts. Draco appears as a supporting character.
So why was she sorted into Slytherin? Naturally doesn't have this part of her character?
So there is absolutely no way Natalie is of Muggle descent.
