The Underworld Opens an Office in the Human World

Fifteen years after the previous director kicked the bucket, the Underworld's Human World Affairs Office, or UHAO for short, finally gets a new director: Lin Lin, who has just turned eighteen.

Underworld Daily:

"The strangest news in history: The Underworld hires a living human!"

"What's wrong with the heartless Underworld? Hiring a minor is utterly unconscionable!"

"Failed ghost-official exam candidates parade in disgrace. The Underworld has its own shady rules. We demand fairness!"

"Exposing the living human who got in through connections!"

"The Underworld's shocking blunder: The living human turns out to be intellectually disabled!"

"If you don't know magic, how are you any different from an idiot?!"

On the third day after her eighteenth birthday, Lin Lin took over the director's post from her dad, who had been dead for fifteen years.

The first director of the Underworld's Human World Affairs Office was her dad. The second director was her. As for the staff...

There were none!
