I really want to move out and live on my own.
I'm an intern, soon to become a full-time employee, an assistant in the design department, earning around 5,000 a month.
After a year and a half of work, I find a small, roughly 30-square-meter duplex in an H Realty development.
After taking care of all the paperwork, my wallet is completely emptied, and I still have monthly payments of 2,000.
When I do the math, I can't afford to live like this.
Rent it out!
A two-story little house with a great layout, just right for a young single guy (or girl?!) who isn't married yet!
And so a young woman who paints, loves singing, looks like Zhang ~~ and has a lovely personality rents the place.
With a long-term contract, I figure I can make a little money and fix up the house.
The young woman comes from another company, having changed jobs.
When she arrives at the office, she discovers that she's the new designer on my team, supposedly poached for a huge salary.
She's on my team, a junior design assistant, and my tenant.
Are sparks about to fly?
