His Majesty Has a Lot of Rivals in Love

My beloved is too beautiful, and I have too many rivals. My heart is aching. My Grand Tutor has been devoted to me since I was still the crown prince. He protected me, cleared every obstacle from my path, and helped me ascend the throne. I know these feelings defy convention. After agonizing over them for a long time, I finally gathered the courage to break through the rules of society and protect the one I love in this life. Even if a million troops stand in my way, I will not back down. But before I could win my beloved's heart, I discovered that everyone is coveting the Grand Tutor's beauty. My general spends the night at his residence, my younger sister wants to make him her consort, my Grand Preceptor wants to marry off his only daughter to him, and even my parrot is trying to steal him from me, flirting with him and saying, "I love you..." I've really been raising a pack of ungrateful ingrates! My rivals are of different genders, ages, and even species. I'm so anxious. Note 1: This story is also known as His Majesty Is a Jealous King, Everyone Loves Grand Tutor Lin, I Have Too Many Rivals, and I Have So Many Rivals. 2: The early part is bittersweet and lively; later, the emperor showers everyone with public displays of affection every day.
